Dough: Unbleached all-purpose flour (unbleached hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour), water, culture , whole milk, egg, cane sugar, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings), raw honey, himalayan pink salt.
Filling: Brown sugar, unsalted butter, organic cinnamon.
Cream cheese frosting: Cream cheese (pasteurized milk and ,cream cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum, xanthan gum), unsalted butter, powdered sugar, himalayan pink salt, vanilla extract, heavy cream.
